About SmooveNET

SmooveNET is an entertainment web hosting network division of Xtreme Hosting. From it’s beginning in July 2000, SmooveNET has served the “value oriented” segment of the Internet. Originally based on the advertising model, SmooveNET has evolved into a get more for less hosting network serving a wide array of sites without pesky ads.

Problem

Unlike traditional paid web hosting providers, SmooveNET is a community like no other. Our user base is comprised of fanatics of television, music, and the gaming genres. The high cost of hosting has led these users to use free web hosting networks as an alternative to support their site. With free web hosting, sites are usually required to carry pop-up and advertising banners to compensate for the cost of their accounts. Overtime, these banners and pop-up advertisements become of annoyance to both the webmaster and their visitors.

The SmooveNET Alternative

We understand that most webmasters who do fan-based websites are usually students with no source of income, or are maintaining their website as a hobby and do not want to spend anything for it. With the size of our network, we are able to help webmasters maintain their site at a very low cost without adding any annoying advertisement to their sites. We charge our members a very low membership (or “hosting”) fee. For most of us, this fee can be considered pocket change!

Making Your Site Succeed

SmooveNET regularly advertises its members on its main website, and maintain a close relationship with them. By getting to know our members, we are able to better serve their needs and provide support on a personal basis. Users are also encouraged to participate in SmooveNET’s forum, where they are able to post messages to administrators and other members. It’s a great meeting ground for everyone.

Hide Nothing

We believe in hiding nothing from our users. Should anything happen to our network; we are expressive in detailing our intent and the reasons to it. This gives us the ability to receive feedback from our members, which gives us a benchmark of our performance and integrity. Our members appreciate the openness that we’ve given them since day one.

Future of SmooveNET

With over six years under our belt, we can safely say that we know fan sites! The redesign of our website in July 2006 will continue our tradition of featuring our loyal members on our site. We will also continue to build on our existing member base and serve them with the greatest support that we possibly can.

Of course, without our great members, SmooveNET would not be here. We’d like to thank each and every one of them for making SmooveNET what it is today.
